During the Crawfish Aquatics Fall Invitational, we’ll pause in the middle of the meet for ✨Magic in the Middle✨, a special featured swim honoring athletes of all abilities and celebrating what makes our sport special on and off the blocks. ❤️
🏊 To participate:
- Open to all ages
- Must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted
- Any stroke
- No competitive swim experience required

Congratulations to Lydia Talley and Noah Vargas - recipients of the 2026 Don Cook Memorial Award.
This award is presented to the male and female swimmers from Baton Rouge who score the most points at the Short Course and Long Course Louisiana State Championship meets. We’re proud to have both this year’s recipients representing Crawfish. 🦞❤️
Established in 1969, the Don Cook Memorial Award honors the memory of Don Cook, a 1966 Catholic High graduate who was killed in action during the Vietnam War.
