Week 3: The Fall — When Humanity Rejected God's Wisdom
The first battle in Scripture was not fought with swords.
It was fought with words.
Before sin entered the world, the serpent introduced a competing wisdom—a way of thinking that challenged God's truth, questioned His Word, and offered mankind independence from His authority.
The Fall was more than eating forbidden fruit. It was humanity's decision to exchange God's wisdom for another voice.
In this lesson, we will explore:
The Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge
The serpent's strategy of deception
The difference between knowledge and wisdom
How worldly wisdom continues to influence culture today
How sin and death entered the world
How Jesus Christ, the Last Adam, came to destroy the works of the devil and restore what was lost in Eden
From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture reveals a battle between God's wisdom and the wisdom of this world. Understanding the Fall helps us understand why redemption was necessary and why Christ's victory is so significant.

Warfare Strategies – Part 2

# By Wise Counsel Make War

Many battles are lost long before they are ever fought. Not because of a lack of strength, resources, or opportunity, but because of a lack of wisdom.

In this second installment of the *Warfare Strategies* series, Apostle Patrick L. Taylor Sr. explores the biblical principle that victory is not secured by power alone—it is achieved through wisdom, knowledge, counsel, and divine strategy. Throughout Scripture, God consistently gave His people unconventional instructions that enabled them to overcome enemies that appeared stronger, larger, and better equipped.

From Joshua at Jericho to David before Goliath, from Gideon's 300 men to the victory of Christ at Calvary, God's people have always prevailed when they followed heaven's strategy instead of human reasoning.

Join us as we examine what it means to make war wisely, avoid the traps of pride and isolation, and learn why wisdom is a greater weapon than strength.

Key Scriptures

* Proverbs 24:5-6
* Proverbs 21:22
* Proverbs 20:18
* Proverbs 11:14
* Ecclesiastes 7:12
* Proverbs 3:18
* Ecclesiastes 7:19
* Ecclesiastes 9:13-15

Key Truth

The greatest threat in spiritual warfare is not the power of the enemy, but the absence of godly wisdom.

Discover how wisdom strengthens the believer, establishes purpose, protects from destruction, and provides the strategy necessary to overcome every challenge.

Join us as we learn how to fight God's battles God's way.

Before there was a Fall to repair, there was a design to restore.

Many people read Genesis as merely the beginning of humanity's story. In reality, Genesis reveals God's original intention for heaven, earth, and mankind. It answers some of life's most important questions:

Why did God create man?
What does it mean to be made in God's image?
What is the purpose of dominion?
Why was humanity given authority in the earth?
How does creation connect to Christ and redemption?

In this lesson, we will explore God's original design, the creation of both the visible and invisible realms, humanity's divine assignment, and how the mission of Jesus Christ restores what was lost through rebellion.

Join us as we discover that creation was not an accident, humanity is not without purpose, and God's plan has always been greater than we imagined.

Warfare Strategies Series: The Bruised Heel and the Crushed Head

Many believers enter spiritual warfare expecting victory without opposition, authority without resistance, and breakthrough without sacrifice. Scripture paints a different picture.

In the first prophecy recorded in the Bible, God declared war against the serpent and revealed a profound truth: the seed of the woman would crush the serpent's head, but not without suffering a bruised heel. From Genesis to Revelation, God's servants consistently faced opposition, endured hardship, and carried the marks of battle while advancing the purposes of God.

In this opening message of the Warfare Strategies series, Apostle Patrick L. Taylor Sr. explores the nature of spiritual warfare, the necessity of divine strategy, and the reality that some victories come at a cost. Discover why wisdom is essential in battle, how the enemy seeks to hinder your progress, and why faithfulness—not comfort—is the measure of true victory.

Scripture References: Genesis 3:15, Proverbs 24:5-6, Revelation 12:11

Key Truth:True spiritual warfare is not about avoiding injury. It is about inflicting a decisive defeat upon the enemy while remaining faithful to the mission God has assigned.

Join us as we begin this powerful series and learn how to fight with wisdom, endure with courage, and overcome through the victory already secured in Jesus Christ.

Prophetic Activation | Prophesy Series
The gift is already there.
The question is: Will you stir it up?
In this powerful message from the Prophesy Series, we explore the biblical principles of prophetic activation and discover that God is not calling believers to manufacture spiritual gifts, but to cultivate, exercise, and yield to what the Holy Spirit has already placed within them.
Drawing from the lives of Timothy, Moses, Saul, the prophets, and the early Church, we will examine how prophetic gifts are awakened through faith, participation, worship, prayer, and spiritual practice.
We will explore:
• What Paul meant when he told Timothy to “stir up the gift of God”
• Why spiritual sensitivity is developed “by reason of use”
• How prophetic environments activate prophetic gifts
• The significance of Saul prophesying among the company of prophets
• Why the seventy elders prophesied when the Spirit rested upon them
• How the outpouring of the Holy Spirit empowers sons and daughters to prophesy
• The role of worship, prayer, and fellowship in cultivating prophetic flow
This message challenges believers to move beyond passive observation and begin actively participating in what God desires to do through them.
The prophetic gift is not activated by hype.
It is activated through:
• prayer,
• worship,
• faith,
• obedience,
• practice,
• and yielding to the Holy Spirit.
God is raising a people who can hear His voice, discern His heart, and participate in His purposes through the prophetic.

 1 Samuel 10:5–6
 Numbers 11:24–29

The Process of Prophetic Agreement | Prophesy Series – Bible Study

How do God's decrees move from heaven into manifestation in the earth?

In this powerful continuation of the Prophesy Series, we explore the biblical process of **decrees, declarations, and manifestation, discovering that true prophetic declarations are not rooted in human desire but in agreement with God's revealed counsel.

Through the lives of David, Daniel, Job, the prophets, and ultimately Jesus Christ, we will uncover the Kingdom pattern:

**Petition → Counsel → Revelation → Agreement → Declaration → Manifestation**

We will examine:

* Why prayer and intimacy precede spiritual authority
* The connection between the secret counsel of God and prophetic revelation
* How heavenly decrees are revealed through prophetic declaration
* Why agreement with God's will is essential to effective declarations
* How the prophets announced God's decree concerning the Messiah
* Why Jesus Christ is the ultimate manifestation of a divine decree

From **Psalm 119** and **Psalm 25** to **Daniel 4**, **Amos 3**, **Job 22**, and **John 1:14**, we will trace the remarkable harmony of Scripture and discover how God's Word moves from divine determination to earthly fulfillment.

The prophets did not create reality.

They declared heaven's reality until it manifested in the earth.

And the greatest decree ever spoken became flesh and dwelt among us.

 Job 22:21–30
 Psalm 119:114
 Psalm 25:14
 Daniel 4:17
 Amos 3:7
 John 1:14

Join us as we continue the Prophesy Series and learn how believers participate in God's process of moving from heavenly counsel to earthly manifestation.

Declarations & Decrees | Prophesy Series

What is the difference between a decreeand a declaration?

A decree is a judgment, determination, or ruling established in heaven. A declaration is the earthly announcement of that heavenly determination.

In this powerful message from the Prophesy Series, we examine the biblical foundation for declarations and decrees through Job 22:25–30 and Daniel 4:9–17, uncovering a deeper understanding of prophetic speech, divine counsel, and spiritual authority.

We will explore:

* Why fellowship, prayer, and intimacy precede spiritual authority
* How heavenly deliberation produces divine decrees
* The relationship between prophecy, divine judgment, and earthly declaration
* The difference between biblical declarations and self-generated speech
* How Scripture presents declarations as agreement with God’s revealed will

From Daniel’s revelation of heaven’s decree to Job’s progression from prayer to established speech, this message reveals that biblical declarations are not rooted in human ambition, emotional desire, or spiritual performance.

They flow from:

* divine counsel,
* revealed judgment,
* covenant alignment,
* and agreement with the will of God.

Before heaven’s purposes are manifested in the earth, they are often deliberated in heaven, revealed through prophecy, and announced through yielded vessels aligned with God’s Word.

We do not speak from our desires.

We speak in agreement with heaven’s counsel.

 Job 22:25–30
 Daniel 4:9–17
 Psalm 119:114
 Amos 3:7

Join us as we continue the Prophesy Series and discover the biblical meaning of Declarations & Decrees: Speaking in Agreement with Heaven’s Judgment.
