Crawfish Etouffe, we love it! 🦞When Christian was still living at home & working for Raising Cane’s, we entered my Crawfish Etouffe into the Raising Cane’s employee cook-off & won 2 years in a row! The judges loved it. 🏆🏆Christian & I developed this recipe & it’s been a family favorite ever since. Now you can serve it for your family. Just heat it up, cook some rice & throw in some French bread. Dinner is served! Made with Louisiana Crawfish and lots of love. $10 a quart. ❤️🥖🦞⚜️❤️

I have the best customers in the world! 😍Janet Rhodus came & picked up some peach jam she ordered & brought me these beauties! I’ll add them to my own from my garden & guess what? Mimi’s 5 Pepper Jelly that’s what! 🌶🌶This is such a versatile condiment. Make a vinaigrette, slather over country ribs then grill (great idea from Christine Cajunbritchick), brush over a pork loin and bake (thanks Susan Sobol) or just pour over cream cheese for a snack.
