💙🦚 What a great day connecting with future Peacocks!

Upper Iowa University was grateful for the opportunity to participate in the College Fair at Northdale Superintendent’s Academy today!

One of the highlights of the day was seeing the confidence and curiosity of the scholars. Students came to our table, introduced themselves, shared their interests, and asked thoughtful questions about college, our academic programs, and the opportunities available at Upper Iowa University.

We loved having the chance to talk with them about their goals and show them how UIU can be part of their next chapter. Moments like these are why getting out into our community matters. Sometimes one conversation can help a student begin to see new possibilities for their future.

Thank you to Northdale Superintendent’s Academy for the warm welcome and for creating opportunities for your scholars to explore life beyond high school.

We had a wonderful surprise at the LCTC Conference: connecting with a UIU alum and a current student from our Baton Rouge site! It was great sharing the moment with Cyndi Raby and seeing our Peacock community represented at the conference.

📚✨ Celebrating Student Achievement! ✨📚

What a wonderful night in the classroom! We’re excited to share a few pictures from last night’s class, where students had the opportunity to present their research papers and findings on a variety of court cases.

Each student walked the class through their assigned case, covering everything from the commission of the crime through the trial and ultimately the final verdict. Their hard work, preparation, and dedication were evident in every presentation!

We’d like to give a special shout-out to Darrylyn Porter, Fionn Paul, and Marilyn Myles for their outstanding research and presentations! 👏🏽🎓 They did an amazing job demonstrating their understanding of their cases and confidently presenting the legal issues, details, and outcomes they researched.

As office staff, it is always rewarding to see our students engaged, learning, growing, and putting their knowledge into practice. Moments like these are a wonderful reminder of the hard work our students and instructors put into creating meaningful learning experiences.

We are so proud of ALL of our students and the effort they continue to put into their education. Keep up the great work! ❤️📚👏🏽
