Watch our campers put their listening skills to the test! 🕺

In this activity, campers had to watch a video and follow the dance moves in real time — no easy feat! This is actually a powerful way to build auditory processing skills: the brain has to take in what it hears, make sense of it quickly, and turn it into action.

Skills like this matter way beyond the dance floor — they show up in following directions at school, keeping up in conversations, and processing multi-step instructions at home.

🎉 A BIG DTS WIN 🎉

This past week, DTS reached a major milestone in the amount of time our team spends helping children and families each week, a goal we’ve been working toward since the beginning of the year!

While we’re excited about the milestone itself, what it really represents is impact. Every hour reflects a child receiving support, a family finding guidance, and a therapist showing up with dedication, compassion, and expertise.

Behind this milestone are countless moments of growth: new skills learned, confidence gained, challenges overcome, meaningful connections built, and families who feel supported along the way.

This achievement belongs to every member of our team. Thank you for the energy, heart, and commitment you bring to DTS each day. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and even more excited about the lives being changed because of it. 💙💚

Week 2 was all about COMMUNITY HELPERS & OCCUPATIONS! 🚒👩‍⚕️👮‍♂️👩‍🏫

Our campers explored different careers, learned about the people who help our communities, and shared what they want to be when they grow up. ✨

From firefighters to superheroes and everything in between, these kids are dreaming BIG! 💙 We loved hearing their ideas and getting a glimpse into their future plans.
