Let’s Talk: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

A topic some (not all) artists don’t share. The reality behind the work. Some might call it “Reality vs Instagram” etc.
The Good
• I found a composition
The Bad
•It only took 3 weekends in a row to find. Only to find it on the Sunday of a 3 day weekend.
The Ugly
• The self-doubt. Questioning if I had already created my last piece. Is my career as a “Night Landscape Photographer”over?
•While trying to figure out the lighting, the wind came and never stopped blowing.
•Have to get a new light bar for the boat.

I don’t want pitty or empathy. This is an honest look at what it’s like as an artist. These are just some of things I go through as an artist. Just giving you an idea of what it’s really like out there.
