French 19th Century Farmhouse Dining-Worktable, whose robust design is a practical solution for the modern kitchen to pivot between dining & preparation. The beech wood top is an impressive 2 ½” thick with a single drawer in the apron which spans the full depth has the unusual but helpful feature of easily gliding to access the contents from either side!
Thick, oak legs braced with an H-form stretcher support the mass of this unique work table. Cleaned & polished with French paste wax to preserve & protect every feature. Please view the detailed images to see more of the current condition.

Italian 18th Century Painted Wardrobe from northern Italy, displaying a particular Tyrolean-Germanic folk art style of marriage furniture in charming illustrations & enlivened by a grain-painted faux bois finish over pine construction underneath. Wide door is paneled with two cartouches featuring garden urns overflowing with tightly composed floral arrangements.
Forged iron hardware of working lock & hinges are equally as expressive as the painted decoration. The interior is fitted with a top shelf that spans the full width & depth, over a brass hanging rod. Gently cleaned & polished with French paste wax to preserve every unique feature, this endearing piece of storage furniture is ready for its next home!

Funky set of six French Midcentury Dining Chairs, circa 1970, with gentle curvature that is both comfortable & inviting. Armless frames of beech wood are thick & flat in profile, suspending the backrest at the top with wide, slightly concave seat in between. Fitting style for Midcentury Modern & Scandinavian taste!
