Le Cercle de Bacchus is Baton Rouge's oldest debutante society having been founded in 1956.

Founded in 1956, Le Cercle de Bacchus is an organization composed of young bachelors of Baton Rouge and the surrounding area. The primary focus of the organization is to host an annual Presentation Ball to honor outstanding young ladies, selected by the membership. Le Cercle de Bacchus is recognized as Baton Rouge’s first Debutante Society, having hosted its first ball on January 23, 1958. Debutan

Miss Riley Elizabeth Wilson

Riley is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy and attends Louisiana State University where she is majoring in Business and Marketing and a member of Kappa Delta. She is the daughter of Piper and Brad Wilson. Her grandparents are Linda Nash and Tom Nash as well as Pat Wilson and Leo Wilson. She was escorted by Thomas Doiron 🌹

Gia is a graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School (Madison, MS) and attends Louisiana State University where she is majoring in Mass Communication with a concentration in Political Communication and a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. She is the daughter of Manuella and Dr. Emile Anthony Picarella, Jr. Her grandparents are Lisa Harris and George Harris, Cynthia Andre and Albert Andre as well as Peter Brands and the late Emile Picarella, Sr. She was escorted by Thomas Donaldson 🌹

Abigail Elizabeth Pennington is a graduate of Episcopal High School and attends the University of Alabama where she is double majoring in Business and Marketing and a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She is the daughter of Kelli and Dennis Alan Pennington. She is the granddaughter of Deborah and Lester Cox Morehead and Gary Ray Pearce and the late Julinel Jordan Porterie and the late Paul Edward Pennington. She was escorted by Mark Mestayer🌹

Ashlynn Renee’ Howell is a graduate of St. Michael the Archangel High School and currently attends Texas A&M University, where she is majoring in Forensic and Investigative Sciences with minors in Psychology and Criminology. She is also a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She is the daughter of Lori Schega Howell, DVM, and Todd Howell, MD. Her grandparents are Carole Schega and Richard Schega as well as Corinne Howell and Joseph Kerry Howell, MD. She was escorted by DR. Bernard Mistretta 🌹
