LSU Staff Senate

President Tammy Millican, President-Elect Igor Matkovic, Senator Trevor Paul, and Senator Shawn Brown visited Scotlandville Magnet High School today to discuss educational and career opportunities at LSU, as well as their own personal educational and career journeys.

What an incredible group of students! Many of them are planning to attend LSU, serving on Student Government, and are already completing internships. They had some great questions for us.

We met students who plan to be engineers, pediatric nurses, video game developers, and teachers. Their futures are so bright!

Thank you, Ms. Anderson, Ms. Caesar, and Scotlandville High Seniors for the warm welcome!

We'll be back soon to meet with students in the workforce development program!
