Our Team Blue volunteers walked to support the American Heart Association - Louisiana! Our very own Volunteer of the Year Nancy Gautreau and her son Everett led our walkers with love, energy and HEART! We are so grateful to everyone who supported this effort to focus on heart health. Keep moving, Louisiana. Show us your walk pics too!

🧠 Encourage healthy coping strategies and seek out professional help when needed

Summer means outdoor activities, longer days and rising UV levels - which can put you at a higher risk for sunburns and sun damage. Use sun protection daily and make sure to attend regular skin checks with your healthcare provider to stay on top of your skin health!
