Louisiana homeowners, the Fortify Homes Program is back.

‼️Registration for the next grant lottery opens June 1 and closes June 19, with 3,000 grants available in this round.‼️

Eligible homeowners may receive up to $10,000 toward a Roof upgrade, a roofing system designed to better withstand high winds and severe weather by strengthening some of the most vulnerable areas of the roof.

Recent legislation added $50 million in funding to the program, helping make FORTIFIED roofing more accessible to homeowners across Louisiana. The program has also expanded into additional parishes, allowing more homeowners to qualify than in previous years.

Grant Details:
• Up to $10,000 per homeowner
• Registration: June 1 - June 19
• 3,000 grants available in this round
• Must be your primary residence
• Homestead exemption required
