We just started our annual food drive to benefit the BR Food Bank and for every canned good/item you donate, you'll be entered into a drawing for a December rental discount! Please bring your non-perishable items to the Warwick office for your chance to win ASAP!! Thanks!

Residents: On Friday, November 4th we will begin our annual food drive for the Baton Rouge Food Bank. Please bring your canned goods to the leasing office at The Warwick Apartments for your chance to win discounted rent! The food drive will run until November 30th. For every canned good or similar item, you will receive an entry into our drawing for money off December rent! We will draw three names.

1st Place: $200 off rent
2nd Place: $100 off rent
3rd Place: $50 off rent

The more donations you make, the higher chance you will have to win! Thank you in advance for any food donations made for our campaign! 🍁 🦃
