Our dispatchers are the calm in the chaos. The steady voice on the other end of the line. The ones who answer every call—no matter the hour, no matter the situation—and make sure help gets where it needs to go.

While officers may be the ones you see, dispatchers are the ones who make it all happen. Every call taken, every unit directed, every life impacted starts with them.
