When you realize how positive your thoughts are you'll NEVER THINK A NEGATIVE THOUGHT AGAIN! When was the last time you told yourself...I AM GREAT....I AM BEAUTIFUL...I CAN DO ANYTHING..... seek validation from yourself, NOT OTHERS!

RUNNING TIP: Your legs are NOT giving out! Your head is giving up! Remember..... the feeling you get from a good run is far better than sitting around the house wishing you were in shape! KEEP MOVING!
