I finally made it to coach hatches wall!
265 lbs 2 inch axle press for reps 11 reps in a minute
800 lbs yoke carry
300 lbs keg 300 lbs sled push pull medley
12 inch last man standing deadlift I was the last man standing 855 lbs
300 lbs keg over bar for reps in a minute 7
Mason majors hitting a easy (355) lbs on back squat and still had lot more in him.
Gayle hatch lifter Mason major (140)lbs finished in 4th place in the Louisiana high school power lifting championships this week with a Pr of (375)lbs on deadlift.
