What started out as a small food stall in 2017 has grown into a thriving brick and mortar restaurant located at 2363 Hollydale Avenue in Baton Rouge. Chow Yum Phat is an award-winning Asian Street food restaurant modeled after the informal, Japanese-style of dining called izakaya, where the focus strays from large entrées to an extensive cocktail and small plate menu. Chow Yum Phat prides itself on bringing bold Asian flavors with its offering of Ramen, Dumplings, seasonal dishes, and a bevy of Shared plates and craft cocktails.
