From the moment guests walked in, every detail set the tone - soft florals, timeless monograms on the dance floor, glowing candlelight and chandeliers, and a dance floor that stayed full all night long.

This is what we love about a classic Louisiana reception… it’s layered. The design feels intentional and elegant, but the energy? Completely unmatched.

A beautifully staged cake moment, a packed dance floor, signature details woven throughout, beignets as a late night snack, and guests who came ready to celebrate - every element working together to create an unforgettable party.

Brittney & Reli’s Valentine’s Day wedding at the Audubon Zoo was the perfect example of that magic. From a ceremony at the Sea Lion Exhibit to a reception at the Audubon Tea Room, every moment felt layered with meaning, culture and emotion.

Even with a little rain greeting guests on arrival, the skies cleared just in time - setting the stage for a beautiful celebration that blended Filipino and Southern traditions so effortlessly. From the groom and his family in stunning traditional attire to a room full of guests moved to tears during the Father of the Bride’s speech… it was one of those nights you don’t forget

I’m Michelle - the face behind Poshed & Peachy ✨

If you’ve ever worked with me, you already know…I love a good wedding celebration and I take my Itineraries very seriously😄 I appreciate when vendors actually look at the timeline and logistics (haha!) but of course I’m always happy to answer any questions. 

Then, after the ceremony and reception formalities are done and the couple is off into marital bliss living out the rest of the evening, you might catch me vibing to the music or joining the party on the dancefloor.

There are a few moments on a wedding day that I’ll never get tired of -
• Getting those first few quiet minutes with my bride before the pace picks up, making sure she feels amazing and calm
• Watching the vision we’ve planned for months finally come to life
• Seeing my couples truly let go, be present, and soak in every moment (because it really does go by so fast)
• And after vendor meals? I’m absolutely finding the cake and desserts - my little reward 🍰

Life has changed quite a bit, in the best way — our dream of being a family of four is complete. Prayers answered.
