They are only required to give a decision (✅Yes or ❌No and why). In most cases, it actually costs Lenders to put them together, takes time and another level of organization. Treasure those lenders who do full plans. These clients and lenders are the future! Most of us don’t get paid until a deal actually closes! 😬
