Due to unforeseen circumstances, my Spanish pop-up dinner has been rescheduled to June 17th. Please let me know if this new date works for you.

I’m excited to announce a collaboration with Chef Evan Theroid, the executive chef of Solera, who is now at Masour’s on the Boulevard. If you’ve ever asked me about my favorite restaurants in Baton Rouge, Solera was one of them, and Masour’s is my absolute favorite. Working with Chef Evan is truly a dream come true!

Join us on June 17th for an exciting evening! Chef Evan and I are eager to share this experience with you. We’ll be serving five tapas, seafood paella, and flan. The full menu will be posted later this week.

What I started 10 months ago the dinner series have turned to one of the best year of my life. Working along some amazing people, learning more than any culinary school could have taught me in one year, meeting so many guests, and being on the spot light that I have never been before.

Thank you to all you supported me and show up every dinner, all my family and friends, my sweet Alba who never misses one dinner (don’t know what I am going to do without her) and all the amazing chefs who I collaborated with. I could not have done it without you.
BIG THANK YOU to for always supporting not just me but all the restaurant in town. We know who has our back in the industry. I appreciate you guys more than you know.

See you all in few days. Now I lock myself in the kitchen for the next three days to cook for 70 guests one of the biggest pop-up yet.

As promised, here are the details for the next three pop-up dinners I have planned for the summer. While the dates may change slightly due to travel, I will keep everyone informed well in advance. Here’s what I have so far:

• June 10th: Spanish Cuisine Pop-Up featuring Tapas and Seafood Paella

• July 15th: Authentic Turkish Cuisine Pop-Up Dinner

• August 19th: Authentic Mexican Cuisine Pop-Up Dinner

If you know anyone who loves to cook these cuisines and would like to collaborate, please spread the word. I would love to work together on any of these dinners!

We’re excited to announce that our Meatball Sub is back for the weekend! We have a total of 200 meatballs available, so come get yours while they last. You can find the Meatball Subs at our Baton Rouge and Prairieville locations. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend!

Weekend Specials at Jabbys!

With the weekend approaching, we are excited to offer two delicious specials:

• Cajun Pizza: Enjoy our spicy sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, roasted chicken, bacon, andouille sausage, red onion, and green bell peppers, all seasoned with our Cajun spices. It’s a flavor-packed experience you won’t want to miss!

• Meatball Sandwich: By popular demand, we are bringing back our meatball sandwich! We’ll be making fresh meatballs today, ready for you this evening.
