I am no longer repairing pools that I do not maintain. I only maintain pools in Baton Rouge,LA. I take on pool maintenance if the pool has an automatic pool cleaner or robot. 150.00 to 200.00 dollars a month and I pay for all the chemicals. I come once a week and text a Venmo request,PayPal, or Zelle request monthly. Until I fully retire in 2031. Thanks for all the work in the past. Brian McGowan 12/16/2025

The pool is almost full of water. 80 degree weather in November.This pool is very hard to measure.But the liner fit great. This liner cost me over 3k in the box. It is a big pool just to try to get in one pic from 40' away .

This is our pool in Mid-City . Granddaughter having fun on a hot day. That's Walgreens behind the fence. 14' x 28' Liner pool that I built for my mother when I was 30. My Mother died 2 years ago, so I sold our house near Highland Rd park and moved here. Capital gains tax would have been 82,500 dollars if I sold my Mother's home. You have to live 2 years in a house as your main residence or longer. Then you can sell without the 15 percent capital gains tax. December 23 will make 2 years.

This pool had a liner installed buy another pool service 10 years ago. The pool was leaking so I had to leave the return nozzles out of the wall. I am changing the pool liner and upgrading the plumbing in the walls. The old fittings at the bottom of picture had cracks in the fl**ge that are visible at the bottom of picture. The new one I am installing is at the top of pic. More than putting a liner in the pool is making sure leaks aren't going to ruin the job. I can install the jets without it making the pool leak for better filtering now. It's a very old pool made of cement blocks. The light will be filled in with cement because it also leaked. I stay busy solving problems like leaking pools .
