Breakdown and assign workload into equal labor btw you and each associate on the job. Job completion sign-offs. Walks the property and confirms the job has been completed and everything on the check list has been completed and approved. Will provide residential and Commercial cleaning. Reports to Project Manager.
Maintains Storage Units. Weekly Equipment Audits. Maintains Equipment/Repairs. Fill In only when needed. Final Job Completion sign-offs. Final Walk-through. Reports to Vice President. In house Client Service Manager.
