Well after 10 weeks of maternity leave I have officially returned to work. Let's just say that baby girl and I are exhausted from this transition.

Reminding myself that being tired means I need to rest. Whether that is physical or emotional rest, it has be a priority. So if you are like me and feel tired or drained, take a moment and rest, practice some self-care, and be kind to yourself.
