If you thought we were going to film that last video in one take… absolutely not.
Honestly, this might be the most accurate representation of Rivalry there is. Zero ability to stay serious for more than 12 seconds.
Thanks for being along for the ride, messy moments and all.
Well, this one’s a little bittersweet.
What started as a “let’s just try this” moment turned into something bigger than we expected. Policies, processes, workshops, events (sorry…project management) and most importantly, the people we got to work with along the way.
Rivalry grew us just as much as we helped grow other teams, and that’s exactly what led us here.
We’re beyond grateful for every single one of you who followed along, supported, referred, or just cheered us on from the sidelines.
Next chapters coming soon.
And in true Rivalry fashion…stay tuned for the blooper reel because obviously we could not get through this without losing it at least once 😂

New Year’s resolutions… on December 1?
Yep. We’re starting early this year.
We know we haven’t been showing up on social like we should, but we’re back and we’re holding ourselves to the same standards we coach our clients on.
Here are four resolutions every company should steal for 2026:
