We’re celebrating National Go Red for Women Day, and today I’m officially stepping into something deeply personal. ❤️

Heart disease runs in my family. My dad survived a heart attack and two strokes, and watching that journey changed how I think about my own health as a woman.

I’m honored to be a Woman of Impact nominee for the American Heart Association because this work isn’t abstract for me—it’s about prevention, education, and doing what I can now so history doesn’t repeat itself.

Over the next nine weeks, I’ll be raising funds and building a team to support the fight against heart disease, especially for women who often don’t realize they’re at risk.
