MEMBERS OF THE MONTH ✨

This month we're featuring the Contois sisters, Allison and Jeanne! Two of our original Foundation Members and a powerhouse twin duo. They're also 5-time HYROX competitors with even more races on the calendar this fall. 💪

By day, Allison works in Accounting & HR, while Jeanne is completing her fourth year of veterinary school at LSU. When they're not at the studio, you'll find them traveling, spending time with family, and tackling hobbies ranging from horseback riding and skiing to sewing and running. 🏃‍♀️

One thing you'll learn quickly? Allison is everyone's biggest hype woman, and Jeanne is a certified forklift operator (yes, really). 🚜

You can usually find them in the 6:15 a.m. class, pushing each other, chasing new goals, and setting the tone for the day. Since joining F45, Allison completed her first full marathon, while Jeanne has discovered a love for strength training and a hatred of endless cardio 😉

We're grateful for the energy, consistency, and positivity these two bring to City Square every day! Thank you, Allison and Jeanne, for being such an important part of our community through every chapter of the studio!

Join us on June 13 for a special fundraising workout in support of Camp Catahoula, Baton Rouge General’s Pediatric Burn Survivor Camp! ⛺

Camp Catahoula provides children who are recovering from burn injuries with a safe, healing environment where they can experience summer camp alongside peers who understand their journey.

For class on June 13: 💪
- All outside guest drop-in fees will be donated directly to Camp Catahoula
- Members will also have the opportunity to donate during class
