The State of Neurodiversity in Baton Rouge is happening October 1, 2026 at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library Main Branch. Last year's conference brought together families, providers, educators, and self-advocates for a day that left us all energized and connected.

This year, we're building on that momentum. Details on speakers, sessions, and registration are coming soon — but go ahead and block off the day.

🌹 Open Play at Beyond Gymnastics is THIS Saturday! 🌹

One of our favorite annual play dates is almost here, and we still have tickets available!

Join us this Saturday, June 6th, from 12 PM – 2 PM for an exclusive MRF Open Play experience at Beyond Gymnastics. Families will have access to both the preschool gym and the larger gym, giving children of all ages and abilities plenty of space to run, climb, explore, and play in a safe, welcoming environment.

We'll have snacks, goodies, and lots of opportunities for fun, connection, and movement. This event is always a family favorite, and it's easy to see why—Beyond Gymnastics provides an incredible environment where our kids can be themselves and have a blast!

If you're not already taking advantage of the amazing adaptive one-on-one classes offered by Beyond Gymnastics, we highly encourage you to learn more about their programs. They have been wonderful partners to our families, and we love hosting events there.

We are so grateful for everyone’s patience, support, and encouragement as we continue working through the Medicaid credentialing process. This is a huge step forward in helping more families access compassionate, high-quality ABA support.

We are still awaiting approval with additional Louisiana Medicaid MCOs, including AmeriHealth Caritas, Louisiana Healthcare Connections, UHC/Optum, and Healthy Blue! We will keep you updated as soon as those approvals come through.

🌧️ PLAY DATE RESCHEDULE UPDATE 🌧️

After speaking with the staff at Magnolia Wilds, we have decided to reschedule tomorrow’s play date due to the continued rain and current property conditions. We feel this is the safest and best decision for our families and children.

The Magnolia Wilds Play Date originally scheduled for Saturday, May 23rd has been moved to Saturday, June 27th from 9:00 AM–11:00 AM. All previously purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Ticket sales will remain open through the morning of June 27th for families still wishing to attend.

A text reminder will also be sent out to families regarding the change. Thank you all so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. Please stay safe and be careful with the weather this weekend! 🦒

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for this weekend, and with rain expected throughout the rest of the week and into Saturday, there is a strong possibility this play date may need to be rescheduled. Since this is an outdoor interactive zoo experience, weather conditions may impact the overall experience for our families.
