Contrary to popular belief, closing on a home is not a one-and-done type of deal. There are a lot of costs and fees that go into closing on a home, from application and attorney fees to home and title insurance, it can all add up pretty quickly and get pretty complicated. So, as a realtor, I feel as though it's my responsibility to thoroughly explain the purpose of these costs and fees to my clients.
