Emily joined Prism in 2021 and is responsible for all things creative. She is the only member of our team that works remotely but comes into town as she can for conferences and other in-person events!

Her weekend plans are about to change as she's due with her first baby any day now, but for now we're taking advantage of all the time we have with her before she goes on leave!

👋🏻 Meet Sean!

You probably already know him since he's been with Prism since 2018, but did you know he was born in Panama?

Sean is a fisherman, a chef, a skilled mediator, and most importantly to him: a father.

Sean stays busy with mediations but you'll also always see his daughter, Rowan's, events on his calendar as he cheers her on and chauffeurs her around for all of her school and social events!

We're lucky to have someone as experienced and caring as Sean, and we know you can feel that in the mediation room with him too.

Our catered lunches aren't just an occasional perk, they're an everyday occurrence.

We want every mediation participant to feel comfortable and at home, and a hot, fresh meal is just one way we try to make that happen.

Our state of the art mediation facility, Claris Pointe, was designed with resolution in mind.

What does that mean?

Comfort, convenience, ease, and warmth. All of the things that make choosing CLOSURE an easy decision.

Maybe you've had a mediation experience where the mediator truly was just passing numbers between parties, but that's NOT what we do at Prism.

Mediation with us is a strategic, human-centered, results-oriented process. We listen, anticipate, empathize, and provide a productive environment for closure conversations.

After over 8,000+ mediations, we know there's more to resolution than simply passing numbers.

We don't need data to tell us that when people feel like humans instead of file numbers, they're more likely to respond to settlement offers and make decisions that benefit employers and insurers.

Feelings matter, whether we can measure them or not.

You might not see their faces as much as our mediators, but these women keep our operations running smoothly and joyfully!
