Team Services is proud to recognize Todd Stokes for being named a recipient of the IMX 40 Under 40 Award (Inland Marine Expo) , a well-earned honor highlighting his leadership, dedication, and impact in the maritime industry.

Todd began his career in 2007 at just 18 years old, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of complex marine transfers. From the start, he built his reputation on discipline, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to safety, values that continue to define his leadership today.

Since joining Team Services in 2013 as a shore tankerman and advancing to River Operations Manager in 2021, Todd has consistently demonstrated what it means to lead from the front. He understands that in this industry, there is no room for complacency. Every task matters, every decision counts, and every team member plays a critical role.

Todd has earned the trust of those around him by leading with integrity, staying calm under pressure, and holding himself to the highest standards. His leadership reflects a deep respect for the people he works with and a commitment to creating a culture where safety, communication, and accountability come first.

Throughout his career, Todd has faced challenges that tested his resilience and judgment, each one strengthening his ability to adapt, lead, and continuously improve operations.

Congratulations to Isaiah Holloway and Christopher Marshall for being recipients of the Phil Douget Customer Service Award! 🏆

Established in memory of our esteemed colleague, Phil Douget, this quarterly award honors employees who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and create lasting positive impacts on our customers.

Isaiah has been with Team Services since August 2020, cross-trained in both Marine and Facility divisions. He's recognized for his dedication to safety in the field and leads by example as one of our top contributors of Stop Work and Hazard Identification submissions.

Christopher has been with Team Services since February 2022, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to his role. He serves as a team leader in the Triangle area, playing an important part in developing the next generation of employees by training new hires. His leadership, experience, and commitment to safety have made a lasting impact on the team.
