Wanted to let all of Central and the surrounding area know that we are starting a "Futures" training group. Sessions will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4-5pm. Ages 9-12 y/o. Kids will benefit from this class, we have seen great results in the past. Sports performance for the Futures. Call or DM for details. Let's do this!
