Had the best time hosting The Advocate (Baton Rouge, LA) in my home and walking them through my garden.

Growing flowers started as a small hobby and slowly turned into Mist & Mallow—now part of coffee shops around Baton Rouge, pop-ups, and weddings.

Excited to share this with everyone.💛

Baton Rouge micro flower farm lets brides pick their bridal bouquets by seed and watch them grow Wearing overalls and shears holstered to her hip, this Baton Rouge flower farmer ventured into her backyard to harvest flowers she’s been growing the past six months.

Sweet pea minis. $20 this week only!

This English cottage garden flower was grown by me in this Louisiana heat. It’s a little tricky but this year they are just spectacular and smell so good.

I’ve also sneaked in a snapdragon mini, all of these are only $20 this week as the garden is slowly being transformed for summer.

This weather keeps us growers on our toes.

Yesterday it was warm and sunny. This morning I woke up to the sound of small hail hitting the house, and tomorrow night it will be freezing.

Spring comes with its challenges…really every season does. But we keep going because the BEAUTY is worth it.

When I’m feeling discouraged, I lean on the books that inspired me to grow in the first place.
