One of my favorite closings to date- my little sister and brother-in-law closed on their first home 🏠🔑

New construction with quartz upgrades 😍 I am so proud of them and ecstatic that I was be able to be apart of the process. As sisters, we have a ton of similarities but also many differences in our personalities, with that being said- she knew she could give me the list of their must haves and deal breakers and I’d be able to help them find their perfect fit and pick out the finishings with them!
