A quiet hour. One-on-one with your therapist. Time to slow down, move with purpose, and take care of your body.

Recovery isn’t about rushing from one appointment to the next. It’s about having the time and attention to understand what’s going on, treat it the right way, and build a plan that helps you feel better long after you leave the clinic.

That’s our kind of recovery!

Every treatment plan looks a little different because every patient is different.

Here, Eileen is using a combination of cupping, hands-on techniques, and movement-based treatment to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and prepare the body for lasting progress.

At Kinetic, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. We take the time to understand what’s causing your pain, choose the right tools for your needs, and build a treatment plan that’s designed specifically for you.

Dancers put incredible demands on their bodies. The strength, flexibility, control, and repetition required in dance can also increase the risk of injury when movement patterns, stability, or technique aren't working together.

At Kinetic, our Dance Medicine Program is designed specifically for dancers. We help identify strength imbalances, movement limitations, and technique issues that may be contributing to pain or increasing injury risk. From pointe readiness assessments to injury prevention screenings and one-on-one treatment sessions, our goal is to keep dancers healthy, confident, and performing at their best.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for pointe work, or simply looking to improve performance, we're here to support every step, leap, and turn along the way!

Orthopedic Occupational Therapy is about more than recovering from an injury. It's about getting back to the everyday activities that matter most to you. Eileen combines her expertise in both occupational therapy and physical therapy to help patients improve the way they move, work, and live.

Whether you're struggling with shoulder pain, recovering from surgery, dealing with repetitive strain, or finding that everyday tasks have become more difficult, she creates a plan that's tailored specifically to your goals. From reaching overhead without pain to gardening, golfing, cooking, or simply getting through the workday comfortably, Eileen focuses on helping you move with confidence and return to the life you enjoy.

Headaches aren't always just headaches. For many people, headache and migraine symptoms can be linked to muscle tension, posture, jaw dysfunction, and tightness in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. That's where physical therapy can help.

Lacey works with patients to identify the movement and musculoskeletal factors contributing to their symptoms and create a personalized treatment plan to reduce pain, improve mobility, and decrease headache frequency.

Whether you're dealing with tension headaches, TMJ-related headaches, cervicogenic headaches, or persistent neck and shoulder tightness, physical therapy may be an important piece of the puzzle.

POV: helping people get better

This patient came to Kinetic with a calf muscle tear and one big goal in mind, being able to walk comfortably on the beach with family on vacation.

That’s what physical therapy is really about. Not just exercises in a clinic, but helping people get back to real life moments that matter most. One step at a time.
