Instep Credit Union’s new branch in Belle Chasse is a clear example of that process at work. Built around the goal of creating a more welcoming and efficient member environment, the project grew through consistent dialogue with Helen Delin and her team, whose perspective helped guide decisions at every stage. That shared approach carried through construction with Lincoln Builders, Inc., resulting in a space that feels intentional, functional, and grounded in the community it serves.

As we look ahead to the Luminate Credit Union Conference at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, it’s a natural moment to reflect on partnerships like this one—where design and purpose align through collaboration.

Phillip had a great time on the course yesterday at the Slice of Life Golf Classic with Centurion Construction Management, supporting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.

Phillip had the honor of presenting the ongoing work at the Old Livingston Parish Courthouse to the Edward Livingston Historical Association. Grateful to share the progress of a project centered on preserving local history within the Town of Livingston.
