Join us December 4–20 as we celebrate the holidays with one of Broadway's most beloved musicals. Set during the Christmas season in 1930s New York, Annie is the perfect way to kick off the magic of December with laughter, hope, unforgettable songs, and a story that has warmed hearts for generations.

Boomer is making his theatrical debut in Anything Goes, and he’s proving that dogs can shine under the spotlight, too! When he’s not rehearsing, he enjoys adventures with his family, visiting his brother Murphy in Ohio, and convincing people that every hand exists solely to pet him.

Boomer would like to thank his parents, Erin Purington and Weston Meeks, and his trainer, Christie Branch of Suburban K9, for helping prepare him for his premiere stage performance! He'd also like to thank the cast and crew of Anything Goes for making his first theater experience so incredibly memorable and magical!

Jett is thrilled to be a part of his first production at Bastrop Opera House! He is studying Musical Theater at Austin Community College with plans to become a theater teacher. He enjoys reading, writing, and singing. Endless thanks to Jonathan Young, Michelle Saphow, and the rest of the Anything Goes company. Love to Mom, Dad, Matt, Robyn, Nonna, Nico, and Theo.

Maggie is thrilled to return to the Bastrop Opera House as part of the ensemble for Anything Goes! Originally from Cincinnati, OH, she now calls Austin home. Offstage, she works as a clinical pharmacist for a healthcare technology company. She is deeply grateful for the love and support of her family and friends.

Who are you bringing to the Opera House this weekend?

CAST SPOTLIGHT
Anik Baker is a performer from Austin, Texas, and a graduate of AMDA. Her performance credits include Hair, The Red Balloon, Tom Jones: The Musical, Warpstar SexySquad, and Curtains! The Musical, with additional work in New York at venues including Theater for a New City, Carnegie Hall, and New York Theatre Workshop. She is thrilled to return to the Bastrop Opera House, where she has previously appeared in Sister Act and Urinetown, and is grateful to be sharing the stage with this wonderful community once again.
