This morning our coaches met and one word kept coming up: community.

We popped off words and thoughts on what Strive offers, and at the end of it all we naturally circled back to our members. How to serve them, strengthen them, challenge them, coach them, and more. Our jobs as coaches go so far beyond leading a class. We are all so grateful to have the opportunity to lead our members in ways that not only improves them inside of the gym, but outside in everyday life as well.
