I mean, you totally knew we’d jump on a fun trend like this, right? I happen to think our “dots” are better than most, so don’t let the crunch scare you off. This is the viral “dot cake” and this batch is a fluffy white cake with vanilla frosting. Chocolate might pop up next week! See you soon!

We haven’t offered this one in a minute! We sautee squash spirals with garlic, red pepper, and plenty of lemon and spinach, wilt it with some sun dried tomatoes and top with creamy ricotta. This is a vegetarian gluten free treat for lunch or dinner or anytime in between!

Feeling like summer and this salad does too! We pair gorgeous strawberries with candied pecans and goat cheese with a poppyseed dressing over baby spinach. Yum!

These beauties hit the road with the Ridge Girls lax team to state semis. They had an amazing season and we were happy to keep them well fed!
Three trays proved to be ambitious and I almost dropped them a dozen times but that’s what we have to do when we’re flying through cookies. Triple chocolates always warm out of the oven.
