Rocking Horse Rehab offers Speech/Physical/Occupational and Mental Health therapies with our horses for children and adults with special needs.
Our services are open to public and to private/public schools for the disabled. Rocking Horse Rehab was established in September 2001 and was located at the Essex Equestrian Center in West Orange until our recent move to the beautiful Lord Stirling Stables in Basking Ridge, NJ which sits on 500+ acres of beautiful pastures and scenic trails. Students rotated through 3 stations; Horse Education, Groundwork, and Equine Arts & Crafts.
