We’re bringing back the Alpha Flight program for round two — where this time we’re tackling the on Thursday August 27th. 

💯 TRAINING BEGINS THE WEEK OF JULY 5. 

The Monmouth Mile is a community based event with participants being seeded in heats respective to their seed times (example 8:00/mi). 

In addition, at the end of the night, professional runners and Olympics take to the track to try and break 4:00 in the mile!

We truly believe that what sets our training at Alpha apart is that it can help prepare you for anything. We’ll pair that with the following to ensure you’re ready to toe the line come race day…

▪️An 8 week training program featuring a 1x Per Week track workout designed by .samtooley.

▪️Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Tiers to the Program. 

▪️Weekly videos breaking down your workout for the week delivered to your inbox on Sunday morning. 

▪️A location level point of contact to ensure the answers to your questions are readily met.
