Hey! After all the craziness of Covid, I am back practicing in the Roaring Fork Valley. My new office in Basalt is open and I'm scheduling appointments starting next week.

Many of us are doing a lot of sitting, slumping, and generally just being sluggish on the couch. This is a class that will help you find ways to gently move so you can avoid or get rid of any aches and pains you may be developing due to a more sedentary lifestyle (of late). If you are one of those who may have been getting out more, the class will still help you find ways to move with more ease and greater coordination. Hope to see you there.
