Bike Handling & Skills Clinic
New or newer to biking? Want to get used to riding on the road (dirt or paved) in a group? Never been taught anything about bike handling?
Inspire is about empowerment. We got you.
We want you to be more comfortable on your bike and ride with confidence – and safely - out there. We know that a lot of us have never really focused on the skills that make riding different from simply pedaling.
This clinic is the starting point: Starting with the basics of bike handling (balance, focus, body position), we’ll also cover basic shifting, group riding, and signals on the road with traffic. You will leave with more awareness of how to ride safely, and confidently out there.
Bring: road and/or gravel bike, water, sunscreen, and your curiosity. Clinic will be 2hrs max with the option to ride after.
Meet Claudia at the Carbondale High School parking lot at 9:00 AM.

Inspire ride Thursday 9/25. Meet at Mountain Heart in Basalt and ride out at 5:30. All adult riders are welcome.
