We are FIRST Tech Challenge Team 5200, Robots Incorporated, from Barrington, Illinois. Robots Incorporated is not just a robotics team.
In the four years since our team was established, the team has made many efforts to promote FIRST and STEM education, encourage students to engage in creative problem solving, and make valuable connections with companies.

Our team just had a TV interview. Smile for the camera!
The FTC North Super-Regional was a lot of fun! We did well in our matches, going against the top teams, and we ended up qualifying for the World Championship in April. We can't wait!

It was such an honor to meet Dr. Bernard Amadei, the founder of Engineers Without Borders and winner of this year’s Washington Award. We had a great time at the Chicago Engineering Awards Banquet, and we were happy to represent FTC!

We won the PTC Design Award at the Illinois State FTC Championship. Unfortunately, this award will not take us to the Super-Regional Championship, but we're still proud of ourselves. These four years as a team have been truly life-changing. We're going to miss robotics, and, most of all, Mr. Bredemeier.

On Saturday, at the FTC Batavia Qualifying Tournament, we were the first team selected for the winning alliance. In addition, we won the Inspire Award. Therefore, we doubly qualified for state!
