Hi, We're Cook Street Coffee.

We're also Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters. We are craft coffee roasters. We source the worlds best coffees, we make all of our syrups, sauces, and chai from scratch, and we make some delicious pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

We love being in downtown Barrington, we couldn't ask for a better community to raise a family and a coffee shop. Check out everything we're up to on the Conscious Cup page.

Hi - a while back we asked you whether you thought we should change our name to "Conscious Cup" like our other cafes. The votes were overwhelmingly in favor of keeping the name Cook St. We agree. Barrington has a special place in our hearts. Mike and Trisha are raising a family here. We've come to think of our business neighbors and community like family. We like our name(s). We like being a little different from the other cafes. So, for now, and without any future plans to change - we'll keep our name Cook Street Coffee, thank you very much.

We are, however, consolidating our social media and we will be merging this page into our Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters account. This will actually help us better engage with our community online. Please jump on over to Conscious Cup and follow us there.
