Did I do the right thing?

This morning my first customer I had to ask to please leave. He was taking photos of my female employees without consent from myself or the employee, he then continued to come into the bays while we were working after repeatedly being told our insurance doesn't cover him being in the bays and he was a liability. After three times of being asked to leave he asked if his tire was on tight enough as if he's fishing for an attempted lawsuit. Prior to asking him to leave I checked with my female employee( who is the one that reported to me he was taking photos) to see if she was comfortable working on the car and she was not. She's only been in this industry for a year and was concerned with liability.
