Sugar content has been low this year. RO’s are game changers. We are able to go from 1 to 5-6 percent sugar content, =less boiling time, less wood being burnt, but the same amount of syrup…🍁

2025 honey harvest. Dispite the dry conditions, we managed to pull off a decent crop of honey. Just under 300 pounds.
