What!? Just got out of a forestry meeting… and I don’t know how I feel about this.
Starting in 2027, all professional logging operations will be REQUIRED to switch to electric chainsaws.
They’re calling it the “Clean Cut Initiative.”
Apparently it’s due to:
⚡ Noise complaints
⚡ Emissions regulations
⚡ “Modernizing the industry”
Gas saws getting phased out completely…
I’ll be honest… not sure how we’re supposed to drop timber all day on batteries 😅
