Demolition day and drywall and sealing exterior wall to prevent future water damage maybe get some electrical done

Very good day past all inspections finished most of the framing ceiling up on 1st floor and all exterior balconies is painted

Top 2 Bottom all redone supported and just passed inspections here we go

Lets see how far we get today
