Painting with Tatsiana was a getaway to the beach kind of day! Join us on the last Tuesday of each month for a nutritious lunch prepared by our Dietary Team and the opportunity to explore your creative side. You can sign-up friends and family members too. Sign-up by the IL mailboxes. Cost is only $20!

Here are a few of the birdhouses we painted during a fun, relaxing class with Tatsiana yesterday! The Painting Class is held on the last Tuesday of each month, after Yoga, and comes with a luncheon prepared by our Dietary Team. 👩‍🎨

It's time to celebrate another holiday with Expresso Yourself!
Come on over, bring a friend or two and celebrate a Valentine Day with us!

Another Painting Party will be happening on Sunday, February 13th at 11:45am.

A paint party is an opportunity for you to have a fun social outing with your friends while creating a painting from start to finish. This is always a very friendly and pleasant experience for all.
Potluck - We will also be promoting a potluck for this event too, so bring a dish to pass. Tatsiana Oneill will be providing tea and coffee.

Note: This class is for vaccinated people only due to potluck.
Min People: a minimum of 5 people is required for class.
Price: $25 per person

Voting: If you are planning to attend this fun event, please vote which painting you would like to create with Tatsiana Oneill

Another one in the books!

Winter and Christmas were the themes for our December painting class with Tatsiana. Always nice to see the variety of styles, expression, & artistry each painter brings to the table!

Due to a request from few of you to make a Painting Party sooner, I will be offering another one on second Sunday of December, Dec. 12 from 11:45am till 2pm at It's All About You Yoga studio.
