Tonight at Wiscocktail Lounge, we’re serving up our Dog Daze Menu alongside live music from Bobby Zonit from 8–10 PM.

We proudly use hot dogs from Fox Heritage Farms, pasture-raised, locally made, and crafted with the same care Wisconsin puts into its best brats and sausages.

Tonight’s lineup:

The Wiscocktail Dog
A nod to Sheboygan tradition with Düsseldorf mustard, thin-sliced white onion, pickles, and sauerkraut on a Johnston’s Bakery hard roll.

The Outta Towner
Our Chicago-style dog loaded with mustard, neon relish, onion, tomato, sport peppers, a pickle spear, and celery salt on a poppy seed bun. No ketchup. No exceptions.

The BLT Dog
Fresh tomato, shredded lettuce, habanero bacon jam, and bacon aioli. Messy in the best possible way.

And starting at 8 PM, Bobby Zonit brings an evening of mellow jazz, heavy blues, and thoughtful storytelling to the lounge.

• Thursday:Spellcheck: An Adult Spelling Bee at 7 PM
Study up or wing it. Either way, expect friendly competition, difficult words, and a room full of adults suddenly very nervous about spelling out loud.
