Don't ever stop working on yourself. Self growth, self discipline, calling yourself out on your BS...
It doesn't ever get easier, and in fact, the more retrospective you get the harder it actually becomes so this is my reminder to you today to never stop working on yourself or developing, growing because the only person who can ever really have an impact when they give up on you, is you.
Keep focusing on moving forward, keep allowing for your own growth, when it gets hard.. remember what was HARD a year ago, 5 years ago.

Heyyy! Sorry for being absent, have been coming up with workout videos!

Soon I’ll be doing a series Home Exercises for those that don’t have time to go the the gym, but want to lose weight, gain muscle, have strength! This series will be broken down into different muscle groups, with proper form, and where you should feel it!
